Booking a Ride
How can I book a ride?
Rides can be booked 24/7 through our booking portal. If you are interested in getting a custom ride quote, you can call or text us at 570-262-1179.
What is your service radius?
We offer car service from destinations 150 miles outside of Kingston, Pennsylvania. If you aren’t sure if your trip will fit within that, give us a call.
I'm flying Internationally or within the US. Can I get picked up at my destination?
Yes. Future Ride NEPA has a network of over 5,000 affiliates and can arrange for pickup at your destination upon landing.
What is the largest number of passengers you can accommodate?
Our vans can hold up to 14 passengers.
What kind of places can Future Ride drive me to?
The short answer? Anywhere you’d like! We’ve driven customers to weddings, shopping malls, concerts, expo centers, train stations, airports, cruise terminals, doctors’ appointments, family or friends’ houses, and more.
The booking platform is not recognizing my pickup or drop-off address. What should I do?
Call or text us at 570-262-1179, and we’ll help you book your ride.
Payment Information
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Our booking platform requires a credit card to hold your reservation. A payment link will be sent to you prior to your trip. If you are interested in paying for your ride in cash, reach out to us.
Do I have to tip my driver?
Gratuities are added for your convenience to the fare when using a company vehicle. The gratuity is discretionary when driving the customer’s vehicle.
Accommodations
I have mobility issues. Does Future Ride offer a car that can accommodate me?
While Future Ride does not currently have a handicap-accessible vehicle in our fleet, our drivers are able to help passengers with canes, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices. Before your trip, please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
I have a lot of stuff. Does Future Ride have vehicles that can hold that?
Yes! When booking, you’ll have the option to select a vehicle with a UHAUL trailer. These trailers can hold any luggage, making for a more comfortable ride in the main vehicle.
Is smoking allowed in the car?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles, but if you need to stop for smoke breaks, just let your driver know.
Are there snacks in the car?
Each car comes equipped with complimentary snacks, water, Wi-Fi, and legroom to spare.
How many vehicles do you have to choose from?
When booking a ride, you can choose between an SUV, a large SUV, or a van.
Can I request a particular driver?
Yes, you can. To request a specific driver, contact us.
Will my driver assist me in loading/unloading my luggage?
Yes, all of our drivers are trained to assist passengers with loading and unloading any luggage.
I need to make frequent stops when driving long distances. Will my driver be able to accommodate that?
Every one of our drivers is committed to ensuring you have a great ride experience. If you need to make multiple stops to take bathroom or medical breaks, we are happy to work those into your ride.
Personal Vehicles
Can Future Ride drive my personal vehicle?
