Booking a Ride

Rides can be booked 24/7 through our booking portal. If you are interested in getting a custom ride quote, you can call or text us at 570-262-1179.

We offer car service from destinations 150 miles outside of Kingston, Pennsylvania. If you aren’t sure if your trip will fit within that, give us a call.

Yes. Future Ride NEPA has a network of over 5,000 affiliates and can arrange for pickup at your destination upon landing.

Our vans can hold up to 14 passengers.

The short answer? Anywhere you’d like! We’ve driven customers to weddings, shopping malls, concerts, expo centers, train stations, airports, cruise terminals, doctors’ appointments, family or friends’ houses, and more.

Payment Information

We accept all major credit cards. Our booking platform requires a credit card to hold your reservation. A payment link will be sent to you prior to your trip. If you are interested in paying for your ride in cash, reach out to us.

Gratuities are added for your convenience to the fare when using a company vehicle. The gratuity is discretionary when driving the customer’s vehicle.

Accommodations

While Future Ride does not currently have a handicap-accessible vehicle in our fleet, our drivers are able to help passengers with canes, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices. Before your trip, please contact us so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Yes! When booking, you’ll have the option to select a vehicle with a UHAUL trailer. These trailers can hold any luggage, making for a more comfortable ride in the main vehicle.

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles, but if you need to stop for smoke breaks, just let your driver know.

Each car comes equipped with complimentary snacks, water, Wi-Fi, and legroom to spare.

When booking a ride, you can choose between an SUV, a large SUV, or a van.

Yes, you can. To request a specific driver, contact us.

Yes, all of our drivers are trained to assist passengers with loading and unloading any luggage.

Every one of our drivers is committed to ensuring you have a great ride experience. If you need to make multiple stops to take bathroom or medical breaks, we are happy to work those into your ride.

Personal Vehicles
